| Customers who refuse to accept delivery of confirmed and shipped orders are liable for a minimum 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Non-returnable items in a refused order will not be accepted upon return to ff&wn. These orders will be sent back to the customer unopened |
