Don't like it? Not what you expected? No problem, just send it back! ff&wn will exchange or refund most items within 30 days of purchase.

Simply e-mail our Customer Care Department to obtain a return authorization number. When you e-mail your return authorization request please be sure to include your name, telephone number, order number, items you are returning, and reason for return. Our Customer Care Department will email you a return authorization number within 48 business hours. This return authorization number must be noted on both the outside of your return package and the packing slip included with your order. This packing slip, with return authorization number noted, must be included with your return or exchange in order to receive either a refund or exchange. For a mailing label, use the handy self-adhesive label provided with your original paperwork, or simply address the package as follows:

Your return authorization number must be noted on the outside of the return package. Packages without a return authorization number will be refused.

Non-returnable items include sale items sold at a 50% (or higher) discount, personalized products, footwear that has been worn, socks, and seasonal merchandise. Damaged or defective items, including personalized products and seasonal merchandise will be replaced. Damaged and/or defective merchandise should be reported to our Customer Care department as soon as possible.

Shipping charges are not refundable. If you received free shipping with your order ($99 or over) ff&wn will deduct our standard shipping charge from your return total. Oversized items that are returned will have actual shipping charges deducted from refunds.
